01 / Capabilities

Agents do more than answer.
They own the resolution loop.

01

Connect

Link existing support through Webhooks or APIs

02

Understand

Restore customer, ticket, and business context

03

Act

Use knowledge and business systems to take action

04

Collaborate

Approvals, notes, and human takeover

05

Trace

Retain actions, evidence, and outcomes

06

Learn

Turn resolved cases into governed memory

02 / Integrations

If it has a Webhook or API,
it can connect.

The adapter handles platform differences while orchestration, trace, and memory remain reusable.

04 / Delivery

Start with one valuable workflow.
Launch in three controlled steps.

Validate in shadow mode before opening automated actions. Permissions, approval, isolation, and rollback are built in.

  1. 01
    Define the loop

Choose the workflow, system boundaries, and success criteria.

  2. 02
    Connect and shadow

Connect tools and validate decisions in shadow mode.

  3. 03
    Launch with control

Start with suggestions and approval, then open execution.

05 / Questions

Three questions
before we begin.

Do we have to replace our current support platform?

No. Usable Webhooks or APIs and the required permissions are enough to connect through an adapter while preserving the current agent workflow.

Will the agent replace human service teams?

Not by default. Most teams start with decisions, drafts, and triage. High-risk actions can always require human approval.

Can it connect to internal systems or run privately?

Yes. It can connect to authorized knowledge, CRM, orders, logs, and internal services. Deployment is assessed around your data and infrastructure requirements.
